For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout this document. Familiarity with these terms will help you understand your rights and obligations as a kig198 user.

Access to and use of the kig198 Platform is subject to strict eligibility criteria. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you meet all of the following conditions:

• You are a natural person aged 21 years or older. kig198 strictly prohibits access by minors. Any account found to be operated by a person under the age of 21 will be immediately suspended and all associated funds forfeited pending investigation.
• You are accessing the Platform as a private individual, not on behalf of a commercial entity or third party.
• You are not a resident or national of any jurisdiction where participation in online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• You are not an employee, director, officer, agent, or affiliate of kig198, or an immediate family member thereof.
• You have not previously been excluded from the Platform or had an account terminated for breach of these Terms.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, trustee, or representative for any undisclosed third party.
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.

Each User is permitted to hold one active account on the kig198 Platform. The creation of duplicate, linked, or proxy accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances therein.

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP) number, valid email address, and active mobile phone number. You are obligated to keep this information current and to notify kig198 promptly of any changes.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. kig198 will not be held liable for any loss arising from unauthorized access to your account where that access resulted from your failure to secure your login details. You must notify our support team immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized use of your account.

All transactions on the kig198 Platform are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). We support deposits and withdrawals via the following methods: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. Minimum deposit amounts and processing times vary by method, as detailed in the Payment Methods table on our homepage.

Deposits: Funds are credited to your account following confirmation of receipt. Most bank transfers are processed instantly. kig198 does not charge fees on deposits, though your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which kig198 accepts no responsibility.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed within 15 minutes to 24 hours depending on the chosen method and the timing of the request relative to banking hours. We reserve the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawal funds must originate solely from real-money deposits and validated winnings — bonus funds are subject to the wagering requirements outlined in Clause 5.

• Withdrawals will only be processed to accounts held in the same name as the registered kig198 account.
• Third-party withdrawals (payments to a bank account registered in a different name) are strictly prohibited.
• kig198 reserves the right to carry out enhanced due diligence on any withdrawal request exceeding Rp 10.000.000.
• Any withdrawal request submitted during a pending investigation or active account review may be placed on hold until the matter is resolved.

kig198 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible Users. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms associated with each offer, which will be communicated at the time of promotion. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless a specific promotion states otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to verified, active accounts in good standing only.
• Each bonus carries a wagering requirement (turnover requirement) that must be fulfilled before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Standard wagering requirements range from 5x to 30x the bonus amount, depending on the promotion type.
• Bonuses may only be used on eligible game categories as specified in the individual promotion terms. Certain games — particularly low-margin table games — may be excluded from wagering contribution calculations.
• kig198 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any such action does not retroactively affect bonuses already in active use by a User.
• Only one bonus may be active per account at any given time unless explicitly stated otherwise in a specific promotion.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and hold no cash value until applicable wagering requirements have been fully met.
• Any attempt to abuse bonus offers — including but not limited to opening multiple accounts, placing offsetting bets, or coordinating with other Users — will result in immediate forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings, and may lead to permanent account suspension.

Each game and betting market available on the kig198 Platform operates according to its own specific set of rules, which are accessible within the respective game interface or market description. By placing a wager, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable rules for that game or market.

The following general rules apply to all betting activity on kig198:

• All wagers are final once confirmed. kig198 does not accept requests to cancel or modify a bet after it has been placed and accepted by the system.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game or live event, kig198 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the relevant accounts.
• For sports betting — including markets on BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, and Bundesliga fixtures — official results as declared by the relevant governing body will be used to settle bets. In the event of a dispute, kig198's determination is final.
• For togel markets, official draw results published by the recognized issuing lottery authority for each market (Singapore, Hongkong, Sydney) will serve as the definitive basis for settlement.
• Mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator) bets require all selected legs to win for a full payout. If one leg is voided, the accumulator is recalculated excluding that leg at odds of 1.00.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per market and are displayed within the betting interface prior to placement.
• kig198 reserves the right to impose individual bet limits on any account where betting patterns suggest arbitrage, match-fixing, or other irregular activity.

Users must not engage in any conduct that is unlawful, harmful, or disruptive to the kig198 Platform or to other Users. The following activities are explicitly prohibited:

• Registering more than one account or using another person's identity to create an account.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or AI-assisted tools to interact with the Platform in any way.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
• Engaging in collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated betting strategies designed to manipulate outcomes.
• Using the Platform to facilitate money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime.
• Sharing, selling, or transferring account access to third parties.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or offensive communication with kig198 staff or other platform Users.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the Platform's source code, security features, or backend systems.

All content on the kig198 Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of kig198 or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform strictly for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. This license does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, redistribute, or publish any Platform content without prior written consent from kig198.
• Use the kig198 brand, logo, or trademarks in any manner that implies endorsement or affiliation without authorization.
• Frame, scrape, or mirror any portion of the Platform on another website or digital environment.

kig198 is committed to protecting the personal data of all Users. The collection, storage, processing, and use of your personal information is governed exclusively by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions and should be read in conjunction with them.

By registering an account, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including the use of that data for identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and the delivery of personalized platform services.

kig198 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices among all Users. Gambling is intended as a form of entertainment and must never be pursued as a source of income or a means of recovering financial losses.

The Platform provides the following responsible gaming tools, available to all registered Users at no cost:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps to control your spend.
• Loss Limits: Restrict the amount you can lose within a defined period.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, kig198 and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill.
• Interruption of service, system downtime, or technical failures beyond our reasonable control.
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to safeguard credentials.
• Errors in game outcomes attributable to certified RNG systems operating within their published parameters.
• Delays in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by third-party financial institutions including BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, OVO, DANA, or GoPay.

kig198's total aggregate liability to any User arising from any single event or series of related events shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User into their kig198 account in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

kig198 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any User account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the event of:

• Any breach of these Terms & Conditions.
• Suspected fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal activity.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months, subject to prior email notification.
• Identification of the account holder as a politically exposed person (PEP) without prior disclosure.

Upon termination for cause, kig198 reserves the right to withhold account balances pending investigation. If no evidence of wrongdoing is established, verified real-money balances will be returned to the account holder via the original deposit method within a reasonable period. Bonus balances and associated winnings are non-refundable upon termination for cause.

Users may voluntarily close their account at any time by contacting our support team. Real-money balances remaining at the time of voluntary closure will be processed for withdrawal subject to standard verification procedures.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognized principles of commercial law applicable to online gaming platforms. kig198 operates as an internationally licensed gaming platform and makes no representation that the services described herein are appropriate or legally available in all jurisdictions.

Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms & Conditions that cannot be resolved through direct communication with our support team shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with international commercial arbitration rules. The language of arbitration proceedings shall be English.

kig198 reserves the right to amend, update, or revise these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, Users will be notified via email to the address registered on their account and/or via a prominent notice on the Platform no fewer than 7 days prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not accept the amended terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact our support team to arrange account closure and withdrawal of any remaining real-money balance.
